Director Appointment

Further to the announcement of 18 September 2008, ACP Mezzanine (AIM: ACPM) is pleased to announce that Mr Stephen Coe’s appointment to the board of the Company received consent from the Jersey Financial Services Commission and therefore became effective on 5 December 2008.
