The Company was advised on 13 May 2008 that Eric Youngblood, a director of the Company, has on 12 May purchased 82,500 ordinary shares of no par value of the Company at a price of €0.75 per share.
Following the aforementioned, Mr Youngblood has a beneficial holding in the Company of 384,000 shares representing approximately 0.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
