Further to the RIS announcement of 14 March 2007 and in accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company provides the following information in respect of the appointment of Wolfgang Carl Mellinghoff to the Board of the Company as Non Executive Director.
Wolfgang Carl Mellinghoff (aged 66) is currently a director of LAFO Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Bavariaring 43D – 80336 Munchen, Germany.
Wolfgang Carl Mellinghoff currently has options to subscribe for up to 750,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2g of the AIM Rules.
