Further Capital Distribution

The Board of ACP Capital Limited (the “Company”: AIM: APL) today announces a further return of capital of 5.05 pence per share, payable on 27 November 2009 to shareholders on the register on 20 November 2009. This payment is conditional upon the receipt of the Company’s share of a distribution from ACP Mezzanine Limited announced today.
