Notice of Proceedings

ACP Capital Limited (“ACP Capital”: AIM: APL) announces that it and associated group companies (together “ACP”) received notices of proceedings issued by Mishcon de Reya on 23 October 2008 for three claims totalling approximately £1.83 million plus interest and costs. The claims relate to legal fees predominantly incurred from early 2006 to the date of the EGM on 17 July 2008, a period when the previously removed directors (Derek Vago, Eric Youngblood, and Nikolaj Larsen) were running the business.
Because, notwithstanding repeated requests, ACP has not been provided with appropriate documentation supporting these claims, ACP has instructed its legal advisers, Travers Smith, to contest these claims.
