Change to Nominated Adviser and Broker

ACP Capital Limited (the “Company”: APL.LN), the merchant bank and asset manager focused on European small and medium sized enterprises, is pleased to announce the appointment of Liberum Capital Limited as Financial Adviser and Broker to the Company, with further discussions underway for an additional Broker alongside Liberum Capital Limited. The Company has also appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP as Nominated Adviser to the Company. Collins Stewart Europe Ltd will no longer be acting as Broker or Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect.
