The Company was advised today that Eric Youngblood, a director of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p of the Company at a price of £0.85 per share.
Following the aforementioned, Mr Youngblood has a beneficial holding in the Company of 710,000 shares representing approximately 0.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.
