The Company was advised today that Derek Vago, a director of the Company, has purchased (through Rakison Services Limited) a further 57,700 shares in the Company on the 27th July 2007 at £1.2932 each.
Following the aforementioned Mr Vago has a beneficial holding in the Company of 13,227,000 shares representing approximately 6.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.
