ACP Capital increases stake in IFR Capital to 19.02%

On 9 February 2007 ACP Capital, through its wholly owned and controlled subsidiary Perseus
Holdings Limited, increased its stake in AIM listed IFR Capital to 19.02% from 17.1%,
representing a total number of voting rights of 42,374,092.
