Board Changes

ACP Capital announces the appointment today to its board of directors of Craig Stewart and Hilary Valentine, a Partner and Principal Manager, respectively, of R&H Fund Services (Jersey) Limited. The Company also announces the resignations effective today of Trevor Hunt and Richard Boleat, each of whom are directors of Capita Financial (CI) Limited. These changes to the Company's board of directors precede the intended appointment of R&H Fund Services (Jersey) Limited as the Company's corporate administrator.
The Company also announces the resignation effective today of Andrew Duquemin, who until recently was a director of Collins Stewart Fund Management Limited, part of the same group as the Company's nominated adviser, Collins Stewart Europe Limited.
In addition, Nikolaj Larsen, Head of Strategic Investments for the Company has been appointed to the board, and Eric Youngblood, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be appointed to the board upon final approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission, expected imminently.
A notice containing information required to be disclosed in accordance with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules will be released separately.
