Heiner Kamps, Non-Executive Director, ACP Capital

Heiner Kamps , the highly-regarded retail entrepreneur, is the CEO of Kamps Food Retail Investments, a holding company which in September 2005 acquired Nordsee GmbH, a German fish chain restaurant with a turnover of €350 million and over 400 restaurants across Germany , Austria , Switzerland and Eastern Europe .

Mr Kamps is well known for his involvement with the German industrial bakery group Kamps AG which he founded in 1982. Kamps AG was taken over by Italian pasta group Barilla for €1.8 billion (including debt) in 2002.

Since then, Mr Kamps has been Managing Director of BHVG GmbH, an investment, consulting and asset management company, and has been on the board of several high-profile European companies.

Mr Kamps has extensive knowledge of the retail business across Europe and is the trustee of the humanitarian Heiner Kamps Foundation, “Bread against Misery”, founded in 2003.

François Georges, Non-Executive Director, ACP Capital

François Georges is Director General of Jesta Group, the international real estate investment and development company.

Mr. Georges spent almost 10 years until May 2005 as Director General of Pierre et Vacances, the French tourism and leisure group which owns CenterParcs Europe. During this time Mr. Georges was responsible for key strategy changes, focusing on the expansion of the group across Europe and into new asset sectors.

In 2004, Pierre et Vacances had a turnover of €1.2 billion, 40 per cent of which was in Continental Europe rather than France. The value of the group has increased eight times since its introduction on the French stock exchange in 1999.

Mr. Georges is a qualified auditor and spent over five years (until 1989) with Arthur Andersen, where he specialised in real estate, distribution and corporate finance work.

Alan Braxton, Non-Executive Director, ACP Capital Limited

Alan Braxton is Managing Director of Presidio Partners LLC, the full-service real estate private equity firm which he co-founded in May 2003.

Prior to founding Presidio Partners, Alan was a principal in the Real Estate Private Equity Group at Bank of America Securities LLC. His responsibilities included providing investment advisory services, key client management oversight and capital raising.

Mr. Braxton spent 11 years as a Managing Director at LaSalle Investment Management where he held positions within the Client Capital, Portfolio Management and Asset Management areas.

Mr. Braxton is a member of Pension Real Estate Association, INREV and The Zell- Lurie Real Estate Center and a founding Board Member of the Real Estate Executive Council.

Hilary Valentine , Non- Executive Director, ACP Capital Limited

Hilary Valentine is a Director at Computershare Investor Services (Channel Islands) Limited in Jersey and has over 28 years experience in the finance sector. Ms. Valentine's areas of experience include special purpose vehicles for corporate clients and private client work.

Ms. Valentine previously worked as a relationship manager at Barclays Private Bank and Trust Company and qualified as a chartered certified accountant (ACCA) in 2002.

Ms. Valentine also holds the Certificate of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland .

Craig Stewart , Non- Executive Director, ACP Capital Limited

Craig Stewart is a Partner at Rawlinson & Hunter in Jersey and has 14 years experience in the finance sector. Mr. Stewart's areas of experience include private equity funds and funds designed for the private client market.

Mr. Stewart previously worked as a manager specializing in the asset management sector at Arthur Andersen and qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) in 1996. He has also served as a committee member of the Jersey Funds Association.

Daniele Discepolo, Non-Executive Director, ACP Capital Limited

Mr. Discepolo is an Italian certified barrister with over 30 years' experience as a corporate legal specialist covering insurance, banking, leasing, company law and auditing. Mr. Discepolo has held various Directorships across several sectors in the Italian market, including roles at Piaggio S.p.a where he was both President of the Audit Committee and Lead Independent Director and at communications specialist Invextra S.p.a where he was Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Discepolo also has extensive experience in advising major Italian banking groups including Gruppo Unicredito Italiano, Capitalia and Intesa San Paolo and has served as a consultant to Deloitte and Touche, Padana S.p.a (a subsidiary of industrial group ENI) and major leasing company Locat (part of Gruppo Unicredit), amongst others.

Mr. Discepolo graduated in Public Law at the Pisa University Law School in 1969, was called to the Bar in 1972 and was admitted before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation in 1986. Mr. Discepolo is currently a Director of Investimente e Sviluppo S.p.a, the Italian finance house with which ACP Capital intends to pursue opportunities in the Italian SME market.

Mr. Discepolo's responsibilities will include advising ACP Capital on identifying and developing these opportunities in this potentially lucrative market, particularly in the areas of SME financing, leasing and factoring, where he has broad experience.
