ACP Capital intends to launch at least one infrastructure vehicle in order to fund equity holdings in infrastructure assets, including:
Shipping containers
Railcars
Renewable energy infrastructure, including windfarms and solar parks.
ACP Capital has signed a non-binding term sheet with a major French operator in certain of these sectors with the view to developing an off balance sheet capability for that operator. ACP Capital intends to warehouse assets on its own balance sheet before shortly launching ACP Infrastructure.
