Senior Debt:
ACP Capital is in the process of extending its current financing capabilities through the creation of dedicated vehicles to include investment grade financing and non-investment grade senior debt (leveraged loans) to complement its existing equity and mezzanine facilities.
Senior Debt Underwriting Vehicle (SDV): ACP Capital intends to put in place a leveraged loan underwriting facility of up to €150 million in order to provide non-investment grade senior funding to the SME sector.
